Going to Church Day Camp

PROGRAMS FOR OUR YOUTH

Welcome to the youth page

WNL

WNL = Wednesday.Night.Live. For high school students that aren't sure of this whole faith and Jesus thing. Come tackle issues that you're facing everyday and hang out with some folks that will listen. We meet in the youth room 7-8:30 pm.

FRONTLINE

This is Zion’s youth program for middle school and high school students. They meet Sunday afternoon, 12 – 2 PM, in the youth room, for a time of food (pizza!), making friends, and getting to know God. Click here for more info.

God Squad

God Squad provides an introduction to youth ministry for 4th & 5th grade youth and their families. Activities are fun and oriented toward helping youth connect to God and each other, grow in their knowledge of God’s Word and to serve those in need. Events are usually held every other month.

ZAK (Zion’s Awesome Kids)

A wide variety of activities are planned for the kids in preschool through fifth grade. Everything from cook outs to camp ins, game nights to helping serve Sunday morning coffee. This group also plans special activities for the children’s Sunday School program during the school year, and helps coordinate the Church Day Camp and Vacation Bible School events in the summer.

Disciple Education Hour

Starting at 9:00 AM with a brief worship time in the church sanctuary, lessons and activities are planned for preschool through high school ages each Sunday. Stop by the Welcome Center in the church foyer for more details. (Don’t worry, adults, we have classes for you too during the same hour, starting with coffee in the fellowship hall.) The youth also occasionally share their musical talents in the regular morning service at 10:15 AM.

To bring people together, to know Jesus Christ
